The Quality Management Department is established since the very beginning of SUYU in 2003. We lay much emphasis on product quality and rigorously flows the standard of ISO9000 quality management system. Our products have been awarded SGS, BV and ABS certificates. .

Rockwell hardness tester is broadly used in industrial production to test product quality and determine the proper processing technology. The use of Rockwell hardness tester tests firmness of materials used in production, such as a variety of black and non-ferrous metals, hardened steel, tempered steel, annealed steel, surface hardened steel, plates of various thicknesses, carbide materials, powder metallurgy materials, and thermal spray coatings.

The German elemental spectrum analyzer is used for the analysis of various metals and their alloys such as Fe, Al, Cu, Ni, Co, Mg, Ti, Zn, Pb, Sn, Ag and so on. It features good stability, low detection limit and rapid analysis. The elemental spectrum analyzer ensures the accuracy of raw material test data and quality of the products.

• Elemental spectral analysis

The universal tensile testers are employed to test the mechanical properties of the products, such as tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, section shrinkage, cold bending. The measuring accuracy is better than 0.5. The 2000mm- long stroke is applicable for tensile test of materials with large deformation rate. The professional control software provides groups of statistical sample analysis, test curve overlay analysis, as well as historical data comparison other functions.
